First I have to say the communication with Madison is absolutely top notch. She's quick with a return email. She's incredibly knowledgeable about all the products they offer, just a pleasure to work with.The owner, Marv, personally delivered the wood. He's a good guy, who was willing to to deliver the wood on a Saturday, which was the only day that was convenient for me.We ordered a full cord of Hickory, I feel that I received that, and then some. The wood is as dry as advertised, it burns hot, smells great and is very clean.We'll order again next year from ProCut, and we'll order the same.This is a can't miss local company that will show their appreciation for every sale they make.Jim

The ordering process was super easy as they walked me through all of my options and costs and they delivered right to my garage. We've been using the wood splits on a Breeo x24 over the last 2 months and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the wood (hickory and oak) we ordered. We have been ordering with ProCut for over 3 years - no one does it better! Highest quality and consistency out there and we know we can count on their product when cooking high dollar wagyu beef or unique cuts like Picanha on our custom Grillworks Argentinian Grills. Same goes for a long smoke - after a 16 hour brisket the variable you don’t have to worry about is the quality of the wood that went into those smoke rings. Everyone we interface with at ProCut are just wonderful people - the quality of people matter just as much as the product - and they set the benchmark for all in both categories.

I love these guys. The wood is kiln dried - burns great!! Drop off wood comes quickly. They’ve help load my car when I need smaller amounts. Fast. Friendly. Quality. My go to firewood people. The wood is certified for moving so you can take it camping with you.

Great firewood and timely delivery. I have been ordering from them for about 3 years now and never had any issues. Sometimes the wood gets here and it is still warm from the dryer. Strongly recommend them for your firewood supplier.

Great response from the office. The wood was delivered a few feet away from my firewood rack. The best part was six hours after delivery I had a roaring fire going. It was perfectly seasoned and caught immediately.

Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and making me feel special even though my order is small. I live in Orlando and have purchased the Mini Stack of mixed wood for my son and his family a few times. It makes a wonderful and welcome gift, especially once that cold winter rolls in. The price is more than fair at around $130. The wood comes stacked and neatly wrapped. They just wheel it up into your garage or where ever you want to store it. My daughter-in-law text me after the surprise delivery and said “I have never been so happy to see wood in my life!” I decided to make this a regular gift going forward since it is so easy, convenient and affordable.
