By making firewood only from kiln-dried hardwood, we optimize each log for brighter, hotter flames. Why is this standard so effective among firewood for sale? Let’s say you use wood from your backyard to start a fire. You probably won’t be able to pull it off because firewood needs time to dry.
To combat inherent moisture, most major vendors “season” their firewood. Seasoning is nothing more than leaving firewood out to dry. Typically, the firewood is underneath some sort of cover, like a loose tarp, for shelter from rain.
Our kiln-drying process is much more effective, requiring only two days to produce the driest firewood on the market. The drier the firewood, the better it catches and the longer fires last.

Our cooking wood comes in enough flavors to complement most dishes. For poultry, fish and pizza, we offer apple and cherry wood. For thick cuts of red meat, we provide hickory and oak, though oak’s flavor is so mild as to suit any dish.

Not everyone has time to go out of the way to find the best firewood. We make the process easy with the following steps.
Our cooking wood comes in many species, but so does our regular firewood. By purchasing one of our mini stacks, you can mix and match any combination of apple, birch, cherry, hickory and oak. While fruitwoods don’t produce hot fires, they certainly smell nice as they burn.
As for the many types of mulch we offer, these are black, gold, red and brown. There’s also a dye-free option, though our dyes are natural and biodegradable. If you’re not much of an aesthetician, give us a call, and we can help you pick one.
Our mini stack of around 80 pieces of wood is our most popular option among residential customers, but it’s far from the only one. We offer small bundles of 5-7 logs for family get-togethers as well as half cords and full cords for customers who consistently depend on firewood for heat. For commercial customers, we also offer wholesale bundled firewood.
Cooking wood is available in even more versatile sizes to fit in cooking devices as small as outdoor pizza ovens. Our oak chunks are available by the cubic foot. We also use oak to make tiny pieces of wood for pizza ovens. Otherwise, you can purchase a mini stack as well as a 300 cubic inch bag of oak, hickory, maple and cherry.
Most simply, we sell mulch by the cubic yard. If you’re not sure how much mulch you need after doing some of the math yourself, please call us or use an online mulch calculator. Many have gone out of their way to handle the monotonous geometry for you!
